About the project
This project brings people together through the simple, powerful act of gardening. By focusing on urban green spaces, we aim to create opportunities for older adults to connect, participate, and feel truly at home in their communities.
At its core, the initiative empowers designers and facilitators to rethink public spaces with inclusion in mind. Through hands-on workshops, seniors and professionals co-create gardens that encourage activity, creativity, and intergenerational dialogue.
Beyond the garden beds, the project also works with local institutions to support long-term change, offering policy recommendations that help cities become more welcoming, age-friendly, and socially connected.
